Just send me a file, as attachment, with the full info ( what, when, where, cost etc.) in one of these formats .htm, .html, .jpg or .pdf and in 24 hours your event will be on the Calendar. (In case your file is a .doc, please save it as web-page and check the result with your browser before send it ). If you are not able to originate your file in any of the above formats just send me an email at cagianca1@cox.net with the same data and I'll do the job.

Anyhow.... be aware of:

1- This is an educational site not a free ads site. As consequence no specific personal or commercial advertising will be accepted as material to appear in the Calendar. Example : price for private lessons etc.

2- No material related to someone else event will be listed or canceled or modified. Examples : "Please cancel or list this Giancarlo's event ..." It will not be done if you are not Giancarlo.

3- No future events that are ahead more than the current and the next month can be listed ( by design). Example: if the current month is September no events happening in November can appear in Calendar.

4- The style, format and priority of the events of any specific day are set as follows :
- first listed (as position) are "workshops". They appear in bold and italic
- second "milongas". In bold
- third "practicas". In regular style
- fourth "classes". In regular styles
If a practica follows a class, the class may appear before the practica to correctly visualize the sequence.

The colors for all the events in the Calendar will be blue. The size will be the same too.

In case two similar events (two milongas as example) are requested for the same day the rule is "first come, first serve". That means that the first (as position and time) to appear in the Calendar will be the one first arrived to the webmaster.

5- If you request to list a series of events - like lessons on a College or series of classes- you are strongly requested to indicate the last date of the series as soon as it is known to you.

6- No personal webpages will be linked directly from the Calendar page. But such link can appear in the file connected to the event.

7- The webmaster has the authority to make changes in the files to be listed to adhere to the above. These changes will be notified by email to the requester.

8- As soon as a new event will get listed an email will be sent to the requester to notify the fact.

9- Please send possibly all the data (what, when, where, cost, etc.) at the same time. With all the events happening in Arizona there is no time to go back to the same event several time for additions/corrections.

10-To conclude: this service is free, volunteer and unbiased (equal for everybody). Please refrain from "pretending" but just kindly "ask". Your courtesy will be appreciated.

If you find any discrepancy to these guidelines on the Calendar please notify it to me and it will be timely corrected.
